This blog will now focus on UK politics. The unholy alliance of Cameron and Clegg talks about people but services the RICH, the BANKERS, and BIG BUSINESS. The wealthy have financed a government that is SYSTEMATIC and PLANNED. It is nothing less than a robbery from the poor and the middle class with the loot going to the very rich. In a country where, already, the differences between the rich and poor grows every day the current economic "plan" is nothing more than a design to accelerate that difference.

LIBERAL DEMOCRATS: Let me tell you why I (and I am so mortified to say this in public) voted for you. We could not reward Labour who needed defeat and perhaps a chance to start anew. We could not vote conservative because we cannot trust them. (they have show since that we indeed cannot trust them)

We believed your campaign promises. Clegg has turned his back ( and thus the Liberal Democratic Party) on all the fundamentals the Lib Dems SAID was their party philosophy. They provide the conservatives with the VOTES they NEED to push this monstrous policies through Parliament. Clegg has turned you into the Conservatives Democrats.

I and I think MILLIONS like me will NEVER VOTE LIB DEM AGAIN!

UNLESS:

1. you immediately drop Clegg.

2. you vote Lib Dem in Parliament

3. you force a new election and SOON

The millions unemployed, the millions more who will be unemployed, The poor, the disabled, the sick and the middle class will send you into a political wilderness. It is not out of the question that you will disappear. Rather the Monster Raving Loonies than Lib Dems.......#

Nick Clegg - a clone of Cameron in almost every way - has been seduced by the whiff of power. It is an illusion. For this he has sacrificed his political morals and the essence of the Liberal Democrats. Do what is right for yourself, do what is right for your party, do what is right for the PEOPLE, AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Conservatives: You have learned well from Tony Blair. Talk a good game and do the dirty work behind closed doors. The ARCHITECTS of the economic disaster financed your election and continue to finance your "plan". The burden of paying for this is landing, more and more every day, on the poor, the disadvantaged, the old, the sick, the disabled, and the middle class.

You told us we were in this together but your actions speak louder. It was not in your manifesto but it is clearly in action. Bankers and Banks pay nothing for what they did to our economy. Bankers - some still owned by the people of this country - will get huge bonus plans. It might be hidden but it clearly be delivered.

A fantastic tax plan (planned for you by big business) will allow the rich to not pay they fair share of taxes. It is a giant tax evasion plan but it will be legal. All they have to do is take their companies to foreign shores. In the past if they paid 10% in tax they would have to pay to the UK the 18% more to make the 28% normal tax. Now, they will not have to pay anything to the UK and in fact they will get TAX BREAKS.

An added BENEFIT of this plan is to subtract British Workers and British Voters from their companies. You are actually giving big business and economic REASON to move offshore. Good for Switzerland, good for Grand Caymans but A DISASTER FOR THE ORDINARY PERSON IN THE UK.

We will not forget (although some of us will die from reduced social services and medical care) and we will vote in the millions to take you down.

We pray the Lib Dems will see the light and force a quick election. No matter how long we have to wait we will deliver our votes. We are still a democracy. Maybe, we can use Egypt as a model. There will be fewer and fewer police to enforce your stand as their ranks and lowered day by day. They will come to see that they are more like us than like you. The people will have their day and you can retreat to you million dollar homes and rue the day you decided to shaft your own people just to make the rich - richer.

Sarah Palin - Accessory to Murder?

Can violent speech lead to Political Murder? If the answer is YES, then I think she ought to be charged with murder.

I have not been writing much as I am sick to death with US politics. The murder of 6 (including a US Federal Judge and a 9 year old girl) in Tuscon Arizona today has me madder than hell. It is another example where violent politic talk has led to violence in American life.

DING DONG THE DELL IS DEAD

MY NEW COMPUTER ARRIVED TODAY AND WILL BE UP AND RUNNING TOMORROW. SO: DING DONG THE DELL IS DEAD, WHICH OLD DELL, THE WICKED DELL** with apologies to the Munchkins and to Dorothy.

At one time we owned: a pc, a dell mouse and keyboard, a dell monitor, and a dell printer – fax – copier. Dave had a dell laptop. His brother had 3 dell’s, his mun had a dell and a dell printer. Since their SERVICE POLICY STUPIDITY all have been replaced by DIFFERENT MANUFACTURES PRODUCTS.

I had already replaced my monitor with two monitors. We replaced the printer with another. A new mouse and keyboard left me with only the dell box. Dave has had two different laptops since. The family have replaced all their machines with any thing besides a dell. By tomorrow we will be 100% FREE OF DELL.We have bought two netbooks as well.

It all started when Dave’s hard drive on his dell failed. Under warranty they did replace his drive. The technician wanted to take the DEFECTED DRIVE OUT OF OUR HOME! We ask him and everyone from dell the same question: Would you allow anyone to take a drive with all your FINANCIAL information out of your house? No one ever even tried to answer that question. No one in their right mind would!

We had to pay £40 ($65) to keep it. We told all from dell that would listen that a £40 was not to be believed and we would NEVER BUY A DELL PRODUCT AGAIN.

It did not matter – this silly, stupid, policy would stand.

So,dell is out of our house. Their customer support has fallen way below POOR. I can’t understand such a crazy decision or policy. They have thrown away countless pounds as a result.        

Catholics speak up during Pope’s visit to UK

UK’s Catholics, by and large, believe the Church is out of step with it’s congregation on abortion and birth control. They also think that the “wall of silence” and protection of abusive priests still exists.

The abuse of  boys by the Church has been well exposed. However, I think that there is a larger and (maybe even more horific) story out there. I think the abuse of young girl’s by priests has been largely ignored.. Young girls have found they are just not believed. Worse yet, even when believed, many parents see sex abuse by priests much less terrible than sex abuse by strangers.

In my hometown, young girls and women impregnated by priests was wide spread. It was not uncommon for the Church to pay for abortions if the cases might become public.
